Technician Responsibilities:

· Responsible for cleanliness and maintaining service truck and reporting any issues and/or damages

· Ability to work independently without supervision

· Maintain a clean and valid CDL/Drivers License

· Complete repairs for which you are trained within published time standard guidelines.

· Follow manufacturer guidelines for all repairs.

· Use only manufacturer approved parts.

· Complete job write-up to include clear description of cause and correction.

· Meet customer commitments.

· Quality workmanship. Strive for zero comebacks.

· Always use proper safety procedures. Avoid preventable accidents and injury.

· Keep work area neat and clean.

· Proper use of tools and equipment. Avoid preventable damage. Replace when finished.

· Proper handling of warranty parts.

Technician Requirements

· Good mechanical aptitude and skills.

· Manual dexterity necessary to use required tools and equipment.

· Able to lift at least 75 pounds.

· Good overall physical condition.

· Good reading and writing skills. Basic math skills. (High school graduate or GED equivalent)

· Owns hand tools needed for skill classification.

· Valid driver’s license. Class A requires CDL.

· Exhibits pride in personal workmanship.

· Dependable, honest, and trustworthy.

· Must be a team player and exhibit good positive attitude.
