We are currently recruiting a ESG Reporting and Corporate Communication Specialist to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a global team working towardcommon goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility andclear accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Annual ESG Reporting: Help prepare ESG reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring ESG key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Automated ESG Reporting: Support the development and maintenance of ESG reporting systems and processes.
  • Investor ESG Questionnaires: Manage and respond to ESG questionnaires from rating agencies and investors.
  • Keep up to date with ESG regulatory requirements in different geographies that affect our assets, including North America, South America and Europe.
  • Conduct research on ESG trends and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the key point of contact for ESG-related reporting inquiries.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current on evolving ESG reporting requirements and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely ESG data collection.
  • Help maintain and update ESG-related content on the company's website and other communication channels.

Communication

  • Assist in drafting and developing content for internal and external communications.
  • Tools management and distribution channels: corporate website, intranet, media, social media.

Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Experience and Technical Skills
  • 2–3 years of experience in ESG advisory or financial audit, ideally a Big Four or ESG consultancy firm.
  • Familiarity with ESG or financial auditing processes.
  • Understanding of ESG reporting frameworks (CSRD, GRI, TCFD, SASB) is a plus.

Key Competencies
  • Detail-oriented and analytical professional.
  • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Content creation (writing skills for Digital media, General media and SM channels).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English C-1.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
