- Assist with the analysis, evaluation, engineering, and implementation of system improvements, optimization, and deployments.
- Develop and implement designs for large, complex multi-site data center infrastructure and virtualized environment solutions.
- Document designs, and changes to infrastructure environments including physical/logical drawings and engineering design plans.
- Implement, test, and operate large complex data center and virtualized compute, storage, and network environments.
- Perform security updates to hardware and software to ensure the security posture across all systems.
- Research, prototype, and develop emerging technologies by collaborating with industry partners.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required with 5+ years of progressive experience.
- Experience developing and implementing integrated hardware and software solutions.
- Strong oral, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with executive leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in performing technical cross-training and coaching of junior colleagues.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio is a plus.
