- Manage multiple permitting projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are consistently met
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance throughout complex permitting processes
- Develop a deep understanding of local building codes, zoning regulations, and jurisdictional requirements across various markets
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and regulatory challenges, implementing solutions to keep projects on track
- Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal authorities to facilitate smoother and faster approvals
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership teams to improve tools, workflows, and service delivery
- Contribute to the development of best practices and scalable processes to enhance permitting efficiency
- Ensure clear communication and reporting on project status, risks, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in architecture, construction, permitting, or a closely related domain
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting workflows across multiple jurisdictions
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel while maintaining high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and public officials
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
- Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
