This role is a strategic and hands-on leadership position within a growing organization, focused on building and scaling enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities. You will lead the design, development, and optimization of data models, dashboards, and KPIs in Microsoft Power BI, translating business needs into actionable insights. Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams, you will improve data consistency, automate processes, and provide a trusted single source of truth for decision-making. • Develop and execute the Business Intelligence strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
• Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise analytics and reporting capabilities in Power BI
• Build and maintain robust data models, dashboards, and KPI reporting to support scalable analytics
• Ensure consistent definitions for core metrics across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
• Enhance and optimize existing reports to improve usability, performance, and alignment with business needs
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, improving reporting reliability and driving data quality initiatives
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights
• Mentor and manage analysts, guiding reporting development, data analysis, and insight generation
• Establish best practices for reporting, data storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, reporting, or related roles
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and report optimization
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and integrating multiple data sources
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage data inconsistencies and improve reliability
• Proven experience translating business needs into analytics solutions and presenting insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with reporting tools such as SAP Business Objects or equivalent
• Experience in Sales Operations, commercial analytics, or operational reporting
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or similarly complex data environments is preferred
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• University or College degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
