Registered Nurse in Winston Salem, North Carolina at Piedmont Stone Center PLLC

Provides professional nursing care for a lithotripsy service. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the care rendered to patients. Duties to include procedural sedation, pre-operative and post-operative care. Collaborates with the physician and clinical staff to coordinate care. Counsels patients and family members. Assures the quality of care by adhering to standards set by the state nursing board and other governing agency regulations.

EDUCATION:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

EXPERIENCE:

• Current license by state of North Carolina as a registered nurse
• Minimum of one year experience in ambulatory surgery or critical care. Sedation experience a plus.
• Current BLS, PALS, and ACLS certification
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
• Proficient with electronic health records preferred
