About This Position

Description:

POSITION IMPACT

ProCo, LLC—the management services organization behind AICA Orthopedics—is scaling rapidly across 21 metro Atlanta locations with major technology upgrades underway: EHR modernization, data platform builds, and application integration. We need a senior technology PM who can own multi-system initiatives end-to-end: surface options, drive decisions, and deliver results without hand-holding.

This is a strategic partner role reporting directly to the VP of Technology. You’ll take high-priority initiatives off the VP’s plate by translating ambiguous goals into executable plans and driving cross-functional alignment across clinical, legal, finance, and operations. You build the machine, you don’t maintain one.

This role is based in Marietta, GA. Local Atlanta-area candidates only.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Own Project Delivery

  • Lead multi-system IT initiatives end-to-end across concurrent workstreams (EHR, data platforms, workflow automation)
  • Surface options, make recommendations, drive decisions—own problem-solving for ambiguous situations
  • Deliver against project scope, timeline, and budget without requiring escalation on routine blockers

Strategic Partnership with VP of Technology

  • Translate VP priorities into structured execution plans with clear milestones and accountability
  • Anticipate downstream risks and operational impacts before they surface as emergencies
  • Operate as a trusted extension of technology leadership—bring solutions, not status updates

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Build working relationships across clinical, legal, finance, and technology teams
  • Understand constraints across functions and translate them into clear requirements and decisions
  • Create alignment where it doesn’t naturally exist; reduce coordination burden on leadership

Execution Discipline & PM Governance

  • Establish project plans, timelines, risk registers, and execution rhythms where structure is missing
  • Own Asana governance—implement PM standards and drive adoption across technology initiatives
  • Build repeatable processes that survive personnel changes

Vendor Coordination

  • Serve as primary coordination point with external delivery partners (Moonbird and others)
  • Align internal resources with external timelines; hold vendors accountable to deliverables

Change Enablement

  • Support system transitions and workflow changes across clinical and corporate teams
  • Identify adoption friction points and implement practical improvements that stick

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 5+ years managing complex IT projects with multi-team delivery across concurrent initiatives
  • Proven ability to operate with minimal supervision and drive decisions under ambiguity
  • Strong SDLC, system integration, and database concepts—no coding required, but you hold your own in technical discussions
  • Demonstrated decision-making authority in prior roles—you own outcomes, not task lists
  • Experience building trust across diverse, non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency with project management platforms; Asana strongly preferred
  • Atlanta-area resident; able to work on-site in Marietta, GA

Preferred

  • Experience with NextGen EHR/PM platform—significant advantage given our tech environment
  • Background in regulated environments (healthcare, legal, finance, compliance)
  • CRM or workflow automation platform experience
  • PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification
  • Data platform or BI tool familiarity

WHAT SETS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE APART

  • Strategic partner—you bring options and drive decisions, not status reports
  • Systems thinker who sees the whole chessboard and manages ripple effects across workstreams
  • Anticipates issues before they become emergencies; you see around corners
  • Operates with autonomy—knows when to escalate, balances independence with sound judgment
  • Comfortable building structure in ambiguous environments; you want to build the machine
  • Builds credibility quickly with clinical, ops, and legal by speaking their language
  • Implements PM standards without bureaucracy—you’re not the process police

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base Salary: $110,000 - $140,000+ based on experience
  • Performance bonus tied to project delivery and organizational impact
  • Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and professional development support
  • High visibility role with direct impact across 400+ team members and 21 locations
  • Builder opportunity—shape how PM works at AICA rather than inherit rigid processes
