About the Role:

Join the Tailwind team as an Associate at our Dunkin' Donuts location in Dayton International Airport. As a Dunkin' Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing friendly, efficient, and accurate service in a fast-paced environment. Your primary focus will be to prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, take orders, and ensure satisfaction with every visit. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively to support store operations. Ultimately, your contribution will help uphold Dunkin's reputation for great products and outstanding customer service across the United States.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old for employment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register or point-of-sale system
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
• Bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders using the point-of-sale system
• Prepare and serve Dunkin's menu items, including coffee, beverages, and food, following established recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including dining areas, workstations, and equipment
• Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly and accurately
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and timely service during peak hours
• Adhere to all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying management of shortages

Skills
