You will act as a trusted advisor to mid-market and enterprise organizations, shaping tailored solutions across networking, cloud, collaboration, and security portfolios. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across both new logos and existing accounts while expanding strategic partnerships. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help translate complex customer needs into scalable, high-impact solutions. Success in this role requires strong executive presence, consultative selling skills, and the ability to manage full-cycle sales engagements. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of enterprise clients while driving revenue growth through consultative and solution-based selling. You will develop and execute territory and account strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build long-term client relationships at the executive level.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting and qualification through closing and expansion across assigned accounts and regions
- Develop and maintain strategic business plans aligned with revenue targets and growth objectives
- Engage directly with C-level executives to understand business needs and position tailored technology solutions
- Identify client challenges and design integrated solutions across cloud, networking, collaboration, data, and security offerings
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting in line with organizational standards
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales engineering, marketing, and services to deliver cohesive client solutions
- Manage escalations and ensure strong post-sale client satisfaction and account growth
- Stay informed on industry trends and continuously refine consultative selling approaches
The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise sales experience within communications, IT services, or technology solution environments, with a proven ability to develop territory growth and close complex deals. You are confident engaging senior executives, skilled in solution-based selling, and able to translate technical offerings into business value.
- 5+ years of experience in technology or communications solution sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent professional experience
- Proven track record of new business development and territory growth in mid-to-large enterprise markets
- Strong ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
- Experience selling cloud, managed services, networking, or enterprise IT solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in CRM and sales forecasting tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, pipeline tools)
- Demonstrated success as a top-performing sales professional in previous roles
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in a fast-paced environment
