CDL Driver Support Professional Masonry Operations Across Northwest Arkansas

Job Overview

You will serve as a vital link in our production chain, ensuring that high-quality masonry teams have the materials and equipment needed to build Northwest Arkansas. How You Will Make an Impact
  • Operate dump trucks, flatbeds, and commercial vehicles to ensure timely delivery of essential project materials.

  • Execute the safe transport and securing of heavy masonry supplies including block, brick, sand, and mortar.

  • Maintain rigorous compliance with DOT regulations and company safety protocols through diligent vehicle inspections and log management.

  • Collaborate with dispatch and field crews to streamline logistical transitions and prevent project downtime.

  • Contribute to on-site project success by assisting with general masonry labor and material handling when not behind the wheel.

  • Facilitate the organized loading and unloading of scaffolding and heavy equipment to maintain high job site efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Valid CDL Class A or B license, or the absolute commitment to obtain licensure within the first 90 days of employment.

  • Clean driving record and the physical capability to lift and move materials weighing 5075 lbs regularly.

  • Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude suitable for demanding outdoor construction environments.

  • Proven reliability in managing delivery tickets and maintaining accurate documentation.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • CDL licensure with an air brake endorsement and previous experience hauling heavy construction materials.

  • Prior experience in the masonry industry or general construction labor.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in operating specialized equipment such as forklifts or loaders.
