Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of manual and automated machines to produce or repair precision components
• Perform all machining tasks in strict accordance with engineering drawings and print specifications
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in all finished parts
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new processes or equipment
• Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented work environment
• Operate standard machine shop equipment, including mills, lathes, and grinders
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Inspect parts for accuracy against specifications and make necessary adjustments
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on machinery
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures consistently

Required Experience:

• Machining experience desired, completion of vocational training also considered.
• Ability to use precision tools and take accurate measurements.
• Experience in using and programming Prototrak SMX and Easy Trax a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Solid math skills needed.
• Understand and follow written and verbal instruction.
• Surface grinder
• Heat-treating
• Machining: 5 years (required)
• CNC: 1 year
