About This Position
Lead the Experience in the Men’s Grill!
Do you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, love connecting with members, and take pride in delivering exceptional service? Westwood Country Club is looking for a dynamic and motivated Men’s Grill Supervisor to lead the front-of-house experience and keep our Men’s Grill running smoothly.
At Westwood, we focus on creating a welcoming, high-quality dining experience for our members every day. From casual lunches to lively dinners, our team brings professionalism, energy, and attention to detail to every interaction.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading day-to-day operations of the Men’s Grill to ensure smooth, efficient service
• Jumping in as a working supervisor, including bartending during lunch and/or dinner shifts
• Training, scheduling, and motivating front-of-house staff
• Delivering consistent, high-quality food and beverage service
• Building strong relationships with members and providing personalized service
• Partnering with the culinary team on menus, specials, and service flow
• Keeping the dining and bar areas clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Monitoring inventory and assisting with ordering and cost control
• Handling member feedback with professionalism and care
• Supporting special events and themed dining experiences
What We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of food and beverage leadership experience
• Private club or upscale dining experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and service standards
• Excellent communication and member service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with POS systems
• ServSafe certification is a plus
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
