Customer Service Representative

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. In this role, you will be the voice of our customers, providing top-tier support for IDT products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Manage accounts to provide information, clarify details, and ensure records are accurately updated.

  • Problem Solving: Identify the root cause of issues and execute effective resolutions for customer complaints.

  • Advocacy: Act as the "voice of the customer," providing feedback to management to help improve our services.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma.
    English proficiency at 85% or higher.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred/desired.
  • Strong computer aptitude, documentation skills, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent phone, email, and chat etiquette.
  • Schedule flexibility and ability to work on-site in Zone 4.
  • Professionalism and a positive, people-oriented attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly.
  • A proactive team player who takes ownership of their work.
