Compensation:$21 - $26 hourly
Responsibilities:
Helping oversee day-to-day operations under the guidance of the Site Manager (Roger Crow)
Operating Equipment
- Loaders
- Excavators
- Ability to help move tractor-trailer around the yard for preloads (Will train onsite, but experience with tractor-trailer is a plus)
- Maintain Safety on the site
- Help maintain Site Compliance
- Ability to communicate effectively with Site Manager, Employees & Customers
- Problem Solving
- Self-Motivated
- Direct operational needs with guidance from the Site Manager on daily tasks to be completed
- Good Customer Relations
- Monday through Friday 6:30 to 5:00
- Saturdays as operational needs require
Qualifications:
Physical Requirements
- Good distance and near vision to see obstacles, workers, and materials
- Ability to judge depth and distance accurately
- Adequate peripheral vision to monitor surroundings
- Ability to read gauges, controls, and warning lights
- Ability to hear alarms, backup signals, and verbal instructions in a noisy environment
- Ability to lift approximately 25–50 lbs (tools, attachments, materials)
- Ability to work long shifts (often 8–12 hours)
- Ability to tolerate vibration, noise, dust, and outdoor weather conditions
