VP/SVP of Technology and AI at Think Company – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

AI is rapidly changing what “great” looks like in consulting. At Think Company, we’re not waiting to catch up.
We’re looking for a VP/SVP of Technology and AI who is already working this way: building with AI daily, shaping modern development practices, and bringing strong technical perspective into high-stakes client conversations.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll define how we deliver technology in 2026 and beyond, and raise the bar for what our clients expect from us.
Quick Facts

• Location: Hybrid (Philadelphia, PA)
• Employment type: Full-time, Exempt
• Travel expectations: Occasional for client events, periodic travel to Philadelphia for company events
• Salary range: $175,000 - $225,000

What You’ll Do

• Set a clear, high bar for what “great technical work” looks like at Think Company and hold teams to it
• Guide critical architecture, tooling, and delivery decisions across engagements
• Lead how we apply AI in real work, moving from experimentation to meaningful impact
• Turn emerging technologies into practical advantages for our clients and teams
• Show up as a credible, confident technical leader in executive-level client conversations
• Partner across Delivery, Growth, and Operations to make technology a true differentiator
• Build and develop a team that’s curious, capable, and continuously improving

What You Bring

• You’ve built real systems and still do. You’re not removed from the work
• You’re deeply fluent in AI tools and workflows, and you use them as part of how you build every day
• You’ve led technical teams or practices and raised expectations around you
• You connect technical decisions to business outcomes without overcomplicating the story
• You communicate clearly with both engineers and executives
• You have a grounded point of view on AI: what’s real, what’s noise, and what matters
• You stay current because you’re genuinely interested, not because it’s expected

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in consulting, agency, or professional services environments
• Familiarity with regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, pharma, telecom)
• Experience supporting client growth or business development
• Background building or scaling digital products
