This role sits at the center of a high-performing growth engine focused on driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact across multiple digital and account-based channels. You will design and optimize multi-channel demand generation strategies spanning web, email, paid media, ABM, and nurture programs. Operating in a data-driven and fast-paced environment, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to improve conversion performance and campaign efficiency. You will partner closely with marketing, sales, operations, and creative teams to align global go-to-market efforts and continuously refine performance. This is a highly analytical yet creative role where experimentation, optimization, and AI-driven marketing play a key role in scaling impact. You will also collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns deliver strong business outcomes. Your work will directly influence pipeline generation and revenue growth across priority segments.
In this role, you will own and scale growth marketing initiatives designed to increase demand generation efficiency and improve conversion across the full funnel. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and analytics to continuously improve performance.
- Develop and execute end-to-end growth and demand generation strategies aligned with revenue objectives
- Own multi-channel conversion optimization across web, email, paid media, content, and nurture programs
- Lead account-based marketing initiatives, including management of ABM platforms and related tools
- Design and run experiments including A/B testing across campaigns, landing pages, and user journeys
- Partner with internal teams (sales, product marketing, field marketing, operations) to align GTM strategies
- Drive webinar and virtual event demand generation, including audience acquisition and performance tracking
- Manage external agencies to ensure campaign execution and optimization against KPIs
- Leverage analytics and reporting tools to measure performance and identify actionable insights
- Use AI and automation tools to enhance personalization, campaign efficiency, and insight generation
- Continuously refine growth strategies based on data-driven insights and market trends
This position requires deep experience in growth and performance marketing within complex B2B environments. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with creative experimentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- 12+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity
- Strong expertise in multi-channel demand generation and account-based marketing strategies
- Proven experience managing ABM platforms (6sense strongly preferred)
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using tools such as Power BI or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong understanding of funnel optimization, conversion tracking, and campaign performance analysis
- Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional global stakeholders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and creative teams
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and goals
