This role sits at the core of a fast-scaling, multi-cloud data platform powering thousands of enterprise customers worldwide.
You will lead the design, evolution, and reliability of a critical infrastructure layer spanning AWS, Azure, and GCP.
The focus is on building a seamless, self-service, and highly observable platform that enables engineers to move faster with confidence.
You will manage and mentor a team of experienced engineers, shaping both technical direction and execution quality.
This is a high-impact leadership role combining deep infrastructure expertise with product thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
You will partner closely with multiple teams to solve complex distributed systems challenges at scale.

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of 8–12 infrastructure engineers, including senior and staff-level contributors, ensuring strong technical delivery and career development.
• Own the evolution of a multi-cloud infrastructure platform, including cell-based architecture, migration strategies, and global scalability.
• Drive improvements in automation, self-service tooling, observability, and developer experience across the infrastructure stack.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Solutions Architecture, and Support to deliver smooth customer migrations and platform reliability.
• Make informed technical and product tradeoff decisions across reliability, performance, security, and scalability.
• Contribute to organizational planning, engineering processes, and execution standards in collaboration with peer managers.
• Oversee infrastructure domains including network connectivity, cloud resource management, and data warehouse integrations.

• 5+ years of experience in people management within software or infrastructure engineering teams.
• Proven experience managing senior and staff-level engineers in a high-performance environment.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure at scale, including reliability, availability, performance, and security considerations.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices, including state management.
• Experience leading full product lifecycle delivery: design, implementation, testing, observability, release, and incident response.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and drive cross-cutting technical initiatives in complex organizations.
• Strong product thinking with the ability to connect engineering decisions to customer impact.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in remote and distributed environments.
• Experience in startup or scale-up environments is highly valued, with adaptability across shifting priorities.
