In this role, you will lead the evolution of critical billing, taxation, invoicing, and accounting experiences that directly impact millions of users across a fast-scaling digital platform. You will act as the strategic owner of the billing domain, working at the intersection of product, finance, engineering, and data teams to design seamless and scalable financial workflows. The position offers high visibility and ownership, with responsibility for shaping core monetization and subscription experiences. You will define and execute product strategy, ensuring billing systems are accurate, reliable, and aligned with business growth. Operating in a highly cross-functional and data-driven environment, you will translate complex financial and technical requirements into intuitive user journeys. This is a high-impact leadership role where your work will directly influence user trust, revenue operations, and global expansion.

Accountabilities

You will own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for billing, payments, taxation, invoicing, and accounting systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability needs. You will collaborate closely with finance, engineering, data, design, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver robust financial product solutions.

  • Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and execution for billing and payments systems.
  • Lead the development of user billing journeys including invoices, receipts, billing history, and ledger systems.
  • Partner with finance teams to support and optimize billing models, taxation logic, and accounting flows.
  • Translate business and regulatory needs into clear product requirements and scalable solutions.
  • Drive OKRs, success metrics, and data-driven decision-making across the billing domain.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable financial products.
  • Manage backlog prioritization and facilitate alignment across stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Continuously improve existing systems, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong product leadership experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful digital products in complex, data-driven environments. You are highly analytical, structured, and comfortable operating in ambiguity while working with technical and business stakeholders.

  • 4+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of delivering impactful products.
  • Experience in billing, payments, fintech, or finance-related systems is strongly preferred.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to define and track KPIs and product success metrics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with comfort operating in complex and ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, data, and finance teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights and drive product decisions.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and fast-paced product environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
