  • Develop and implement governance structures, standard work, and training materials to ensure consistency and sustainability of improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT, R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to integrate data systems, improve accessibility, and support long-term process control.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders through structured reporting and regular updates.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in food science, engineering, or related technical field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in process engineering, quality, manufacturing operations, or project management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and quality standards including OSHA, HACCP, and GMPs.
  • Experience with statistical tools such as Minitab and proficiency in data analysis techniques for process improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and root cause analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% regionally across manufacturing sites.
Benefits
