  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with DoD leadership, acquisition stakeholders, and federal partner ecosystems.
  • Oversee pricing strategies, deal structuring, and approval processes for complex or non-standard transactions.
  • Drive consistent sales operating rhythms, including pipeline reviews, forecasting accuracy, and performance tracking.
  • Lead, coach, and develop sales leaders and teams, ensuring strong performance, accountability, and succession planning.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in technology sales with strong exposure to U.S. Federal markets, ideally Department of Defense.
  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience managing complex enterprise sales organizations.
  • Proven success leading and closing large, multi-million-dollar, complex sales cycles in federal environments.
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, resellers, systems integrators, and alliance partner ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams and drive consistent quota attainment.
  • Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills with senior government and partner stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate in highly complex, matrixed environments with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
  • U.S. citizenship required; active Secret clearance preferred, TS/SCI a plus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive executive-level compensation with performance-based incentives
  • Strong health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Comprehensive retirement savings and financial wellbeing programs
  • Flexible remote/telework arrangement across the United States
  • Career development and leadership growth opportunities in a global technology organization
  • Inclusive and collaborative culture focused on innovation and impact
  • Exposure to large-scale federal modernization and critical infrastructure programs
  • Additional benefits supporting physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing.
