HYSAFE – MARKETING SPECIALIST

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who is highly organized and has extreme attention to detail. This marketing team member will handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. The marketing specialist supports the critical functions of the department with a proven understanding of marketing foundations and digital communication. This strategic team member must be computer savvy with a passion for learning and willingness to tackle new challenges.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:

· Develop industry-specific marketing content with a heavy focus on technical copywriting and proofreading.

· Plan, execute, and monitor B2B email marketing campaigns and segmentation.

· Support website content creation, including designing and updating new landing pages.

· Manage end-to-end trade show logistics, including planning, booth coordination, on-site team support, and post-event follow-up.

· Create and design customized sales materials, including presentations, case studies, and product/solution spotlights, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

· Capture and edit photos/videos for customer visits and company events.

· Serve as key liaison with external vendors and outside marketing resources.

· Maintain marketing publication calendar and track performance metrics across channels.

· Manage social media content creation, engagement, and strategy.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent experience

· 2+ years of marketing experience required, preferably in a B2B environment.

· Understanding of digital marketing, including paid search and SEO, is a plus.

· Basic photography and videography skills are a plus.

· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, Semrush, general AI-tools, HubSpot (or other CRM platforms), and HubSpot Marketing is a plus.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Creative thinker willing to explore and brainstorm new ideas as a team.

· Portfolio of print, digital, and marketing campaign samples is a plus.

· Open to occasional travel as needed.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with sales teams, operations, and customers.

· Local to Union Grove, WI or willing to relocate.

· Highly ethical, positive culture addition, self-motivated.
