Job Description:

The IT Intern provides system-wide Help Desk and Desktop Tech support functions for Community Healthcare System. Job duties include responding to and processing of IT incidents and requests. Prioritizes and resolves desktop incidents as defined by CFNI’s Help Desk Incident Management process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Actively working towards a Bachelors’ degree with completion of a technical course or recent graduate in the area of Information Technology required. Current College or recent College grads will only be considered
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Good trouble-shooting skills and being able to multi-task.
• A strong understanding of computer based software.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good previous work history required.
• Must be able to work independently and on a team.
