RN - OR at Richmond University Medical Center – Staten Island, New York

Uses the Nursing process to plan, implement, direct and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Works collaboratively with all other disciplines on assigned unit.

Must be able to work in the following areas: general surgery, GYN, orthopedics, vascular, thoracic, robot, ENT, Urology, and Podiatry.

Must be able to scrub and circulate.

Requirements:

-Current registration in New York State as an RN Licensure required.

-Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

-BSN required.

-Current BLS certification required.

-2 - 3 years' experience in both scrubbing and circulating in major surgical cases required.

-Previous OR experience required.

-Excellent organization, communication, computer and interpersonal skills are needed.

-Able to push, pull and lift 25 pounds.

Per Diem: $58.718
