Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensures and coordinates custodial and housekeeping operations
• Maintains communication with direct manager and responds to request of departments
• Tours and inspects the facility to ensure cleanliness requirements are met in a timely fashion; addressing any outstanding tasks in real time
• Oversight of job orders and specifications to understand the materials and labor required to complete a task within each area respectively
• Works directly with team members to accomplish the daily and specific tasks
• Assure that team members have the equipment and supplies necessary to perform custodial / housekeeping services at the unit
• Reduce likelihood of significant disruption of housekeeping services
• Contribute to the overall success of housekeeping operations by creating a work environment that encourages respect for team members and development of skills
