The Master Scheduler (internal title Technical Program Manager, Scheduling) is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring detailed project schedules for data center campus infrastructure deployments in North America. This role ensures accurate planning and sequencing of activities across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. The Scheduler works closely with technical program managers, engineers, and construction teams to provide visibility into timelines, identify risks, and support on-time delivery.

The Technical Program Manager, Scheduling reports to the Director of Data Center Planning and Delivery, Fleet Data Centers.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule Development & Maintenance: Create and update detailed schedules for design, procurement, construction, and commissioning using tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
  • Schedule Analysis & Reporting: Track progress, analyze variances, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Highlight critical path activities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Risk Identification: Identify schedule risks and work with project teams to develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure alignment on timelines and dependencies.
  • Process Improvement: Support development of scheduling standards, templates, and best practices to improve predictability and efficiency.
  • Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor progress against the baseline schedule and generate regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Critical Path Analysis: Utilize the Critical Path Method (CPM) to identify task dependencies and the critical sequence of activities.

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience in scheduling for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar). Knowledge of CPM, and ability to read construction documents.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and critical path methodology.
  • Ability to analyze schedule data and communicate findings clearly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Analytical mindset for identifying risks and optimizing schedules.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities

Expected Salary Range:

$120,000- $150,000 Salary + Bonus
