Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Wireless Small Cell Field Hand to support our wireless infrastructure projects. This entry-level field role involves assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of small cell wireless equipment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, follows safety protocols, and works well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup and installation of small cell nodes on poles, rooftops, and other structures.
  • Support fiber and power cable routing, grounding, and basic splicing tasks.
  • Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment at job sites.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow instructions from the Crew Lead and senior technicians.
  • Document work performed and assist with site photos and reports.
  • Travel to various job sites as needed.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work outdoors and at heights.
  • Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Willing to work overtime. (Most weeks are 5/10-50 hr work week.
  • Must be able to use apps and possess minor computer skills.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in construction, telecom, or electrical work.
  • OSHA 10 certification.
  • Familiarity with wireless or fiber optic systems.

  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and willingness to follow directions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing job site conditions.

Work Environment:

  • Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
  • Physical labor including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
  • May require early morning, evening, or weekend shifts.
