Location: Berwick, PA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–2:30 PM, as needed

Program Year: August–June

Position Type: Part-time, Non-Exempt

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare, cook, and portion nutritious meals for children.
• Serve meals to classrooms with care and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming kitchen environment.
• Order food and supplies when needed during your substitution timeframe.
• Foster positive relationships with staff and children, following the principles of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS).

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Communicate clearly in person and over the phone.

• Possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, OR, an eighth-grade education and two years of experience in a related field.
