STEPS Grounds Worker at University of Kentucky – Lexington, Kentucky

High School

6 months of experience performing similar job duties such as groundskeeping, turf and landscaping maintenance.

Lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to and possibly over 50lbs; Standing or walking with objects up to 25lbs; Repetitive motion.

Work is performed in assigned zone locations and employee may occasionally be exposed to elements, weather, and other non-office or inside building type conditions.

Current position available is 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM.

Hours of work will vary dependent upon situational and weather-related
factors and may require night(s), weekend(s), and holiday(s) response

The STEPS Grounds Worker supports campus maintenance and landscaping to ensure safe, clean, and attractive outdoor environments.

Dependability, team player, flexibility, communication, and strong customer service skills.

1 year experience in groundskeeping; turf and landscaping maintenance.
