About This Position

Description:

Are you passionate about designing smart, efficient control systems? DC Engineering is looking for a talented and driven Control Systems Engineer to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and make a real impact through innovative engineering solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and develop control systems, working directly with clients to produce high-quality construction documents.
  • Collaborate with drafters, designers, engineers, and systems integrators to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Build strong client relationships through clear communication and technical excellence.
  • Support proposal development for engineering and system integration services.
  • Create accurate project estimates, budgets, and schedules.
  • Serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert within the controls department.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET/EAC-accredited program (preferred).
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in control systems engineering or integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
