Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual (English/Spanish) Ready Mix Concrete Dispatcher to join our Central Dispatch team in Westville, IN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the delivery of ready mix concrete to various job sites, ensuring timely and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch concrete deliveries to job sites.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and plant personnel.
• Monitor delivery schedules and adjust as necessary to meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory.
• Resolve any issues or delays in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• Previous experience in dispatching or logistics preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer systems and software related to dispatching.
