Customer Sevice and Sales Rep at Superior Plumbing Services Inc – Kennesaw, Georgia

A customer service and sales representative is responsible for answering the phones, engaging our customers, showing empathy for their concerns and seeking to provide them with Superior Service. Also, making outbound sales calls to the unbooked suctomers in our system,

Their duties include:

Answering the phones

Responding to emails & chats

Sales calls

Scheduling work appointments

Proficiency & accuracy in data entry

Clear & efficient Communication

Handling Customer Inquiries/Concerns

Following up with Customers to ensure satisfactory results

Flexibility with alternate tasks during downtime

Relevant Work Experience:

Call Center/Dispatch/Sales experience

Service Industry Experience is a plus

Service Titan experience is a plus

Dispatch Experience is a plus

Pay Range begins at 17.00 per hr *Experience will be taken into consideration

Availability Mon-Fri 6:30a-7pm

Sat 6:30-6p

Occasional Sundays & Holidays
