Sales Manager / Team Leader in BAKERSFIELD, California at Body Xchange Sports Club LLC

Team Leader / Sales Manager will be primarily responsible for leading a team and managing the daily operations of a Health Club or Fitness Center. Responsible for daily, monthly, quarterly Individual and Club Sales Goals. Team Leader / Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees and specifically the Sales Team as well as onboarding and hiring new team members. Ability to deliver a great Customer Experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
• Enroll New Members
• Achieve monthly personal and Club sales goals
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion rates
• Assist with member retention
• Manage daily operations
• Recruit and train new hires
• Drive development of employees
• Maintaining a clean and operationally sound facility
• Assist in Marketing Efforts to recruit new memberships

Qualifications

• Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
• Computer Literacy, ability to operate Club Management Software
• Demonstrated ability to lead
• Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting
• Strong communications skills both oral and written
• Organized and Punctual
• Familiarity with fitness equipment and industry trends

Minimum experience :

• Must have 1 year of experience in customer service
• Must have 1 year of experience in leadership
• Computer literacy

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk and stand up to 8 hours/day and/or sitting for an extended period of time.
• The employee may be required to occasionally lift, carry or move up to 25 pounds and may seldom be required to lift, carry or move 26-50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, hourly + bonuses
