About This Position
Racing for Recovery, a nationally recognized nonprofit organization based in Holland, Ohio, is seeking a dependable and organized Media & Podcast Production Coordinator to support video content creation, podcast production, and event documentation.
This role focuses on capturing and producing media content that supports the organization’s mission, including managing media equipment, filming podcasts, and documenting events.
This is a part-time, on-site role that may include travel to document events and speaking engagements.
Start date: Immediate / ASAP
Key Responsibilities
Podcast & Video Production
· Film interviews, conversations, and organizational content
· Set up and operate podcast recording equipment (audio and video)
· Manage camera setups, microphones, lighting, and recording equipment
· Ensure recordings are captured clearly and professionally
Content Capture & Event Documentation
· Film speaking engagements, events, and athletic events
· Capture client stories and testimonials when appropriate
· Support content capture during travel assignments
Media File Management
· Organize and manage video and audio files
· Transfer and label content in a structured and timely manner
· Prepare media files for editing and social media use
· Coordinate with the organization’s social media team to deliver content
Equipment Management
· Maintain media equipment and ensure it is ready for recording
· Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment during events
Requirements:Required Qualifications
· Experience with video production, podcast recording, or media creation
· Familiarity with cameras, microphones, and recording setups
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
· Reliable transportation
· Ability and willingness to travel when required
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with podcast production
· Basic video editing knowledge
· Experience managing media files and digital content workflows
· Experience capturing live events or interviews
· Interest in working within a mission-driven nonprofit environment

Schedule
Part-time hours. May include:
· Scheduled office hours
· Event coverage
· Travel assignments as required
Travel may include local events as well as occasional domestic or international travel with Todd Crandell to document speaking engagements and related activities.
Schedule flexibility is required.

This is an in-person position based at the Racing for Recovery office in Holland, Ohio.
