We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Assistant Plant Manager to help oversee daily operations, champion product safety, and support plant efficiency.

What You’ll Do:
As our Assistant Plant Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our manufacturing plant running smoothly and safely. From production planning and inventory management to quality control and compliance, you’ll help lead the charge in maintaining a high-performing operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and inventory planning
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and expense control
• Follow formulations and uphold feed safety standards
• Oversee QA/QC processes and documentation accuracy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, accounting, procurement, and transportation
• Support safety and policy training for plant personnel
• Provide input for budgets, reports, and future expansions
• Travel as needed to support other facilities

Qualifications:

• Background in agriculture (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• A collaborative spirit with the ability to multitask and problem-solve
• Willingness to get hands-on and lead by example

Physical Requirements:
