As a Cruise Planner, you’ll be the go-to expert in creating custom cruise experiences. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their travel goals, match them with the best cruise lines, itineraries, and packages, and take care of every detail of their trip.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand travel preferences and cruise goals

• Research and recommend cruise options, promotions, and excursions

• Handle bookings, upgrades, and special requests for clients

• Stay up-to-date on cruise line offerings, policies, and trends

• Provide excellent customer service from planning to post-trip follow-up

• Work with travel suppliers and direct mentors to provide stress free vacations

Requirements:

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple bookings

• Proficient Computer Skills, comfortable with internet use and online booking tools

• Passionate about travel and enjoys working with people
