Production Systems Technician at James & James LLC – Springdale, AR, Arkansas

James & James is currently accepting applications for Production Systems Technician in our Springdale, AR shop. This is a role to support operations from the beginning to the end of the process.

General responsibilities and requirements include, but are not limited to the following:

· Able OR willing to learn how to navigate our ERP system and utilize reporting options efficiently and accurately.

· Able OR willing to learn how to support others with intermediate to advanced tasks in Microsoft Excel.

· Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.

· Work with peers and leadership to identify opportunities for improvement.

· Assist leadership in building data collection reports to help with continual improvement of production processes.

· Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.

· Must have strong time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills.

· Create and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

· Able to communicate effectively and professionally with other teammates and leadership to solve problems and tackle issues.

· Able to work within time constraints and deadlines, remain dependable, calm and focused under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
