Warehouse Associate at Amber Interior Design – Chatsworth, California

JOB TITLE: WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

LOCATION: Chatsworth, AID Warehouse

SUPERVISOR: Design Inventory Manager

DESCRIPTION:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for efficiently handling the movement, storage, and distribution of goods within our warehouse facility. This role involves tasks related to inventory management, order processing, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with team on daily priorities.

• Execute daily picking and packing needs.

• Help lead the team on special projects including but not limited to setting up furniture for design reviews.

• Make sure packing standards are met and ensure items are packed with sufficient protection.

• Follow all company policies and procedures.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferably in home decor or interiors

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals

• Strong communication skills

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Computer and ERP systems experience

• Must be a team player

• Ability to lift and mobilize large items, up to 50 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniquesal requirements such as availability for travel or specific language proficiency.]
