Job Summary

Coordinate with manager the supervision of the branch staff and implementation of Bank policies and procedures with respect to overall branch operations. Includes all phases from responsibility for handling of mortgage and consumer loans to maintenance of building and grounds. Works with Branch Manager to create a sales culture and maintain Bank determined budget levels for deposits, loans, expenses and revenue generation.

Education, Skills, and Experience Required:

• A high school diploma or equivalent with additional business-related training.
• Three years of progressively more responsible experience within a financial organization to gain the necessary experience and knowledge to manage a full-service sales environment and deal effectively with employee and customer relation matters.
• Experience in customer service and teller functions.
• Must be detail-oriented and have a thorough knowledge of branch operations to coordinate the daily functioning of the branch and to resolve employee and customer problems. Must possess strong management abilities.
• Complete familiarity with the Bank's certificates of deposit, business and consumer checking accounts, savings accounts, and lending policies and guidelines, as well as specific loan programs, qualifications, insurance, and so forth to provide full deposit and loan services.
• Strong interpersonal skills necessary to conduct business and deal with potential deposit and loan customers.
