Significance needs a Modernization and Capabilities Developer to support the Marine Corps Installation Command (MCICOM) in its efforts to enhance installation modernization and capability support. This position will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and integrating new and emerging technologies, processes, and organizational adaptations to improve the readiness and effectiveness of Marine Corps installations.Key Responsibilities: Conduct outreach, collaboration, and coordination with MCICOM directorates, HQMC departments, Marine Forces Commands, DON organizations, research entities, private industry, and academia. Identify new capabilities and developments in the open market, Marine Corps Warfighting Lab, and Marine Corps Systems Command that can enhance Marine Corps installations. Support branding initiatives, publication development, and graphic design efforts to effectively communicate modernization efforts. Assist in developing interim guidance and policy as new capabilities transition into Marine Corps installations. Provide comprehensive conference and meeting support, including pre-event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event reporting. Conduct policy reviews and propose updates to directives governing installation modernization programs. Develop and refine briefings, documents, and staff packages to support modernization and capability initiatives. Draft and refine PLANORDs, OPORDs, and Letters of Instruction for implementing new modernization initiatives. Develop and optimize tools for processing, analyzing, and tracking modernization and capability developments.

Required and Desired Skills
- Four to ten years of experience supporting similar tasks, with a minimum of a bachelors degree.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Prior experience working with military-based programs.
- Secret Clearance Required
