About This Position
The Senior eDiscovery Analyst is viewed as an experienced member on the Discovery Services Engineering (DSE) team responsible for executing the processing and hosting tasks communicated by the Discovery Consultants (DSCs). The primary function of the Analyst is the preparation and organization of data. When bandwidth or hosting tasks demand support, the Analyst will jump in to assist tasks within Relativity.
Schedule: Flexible 4- or 5-day workweek with Friday and Saturday required
Salary Range: $80,000-90,000
Key Responsibilities:
Processing (iPRO support)
- Interpret and communicate with DSCs and team members to execute processing tasks
- Prepare and organize electronic client data including exception
- handling; Text extraction; deduplication; QC; Tiff/PDF conversion; Search Term formatting; Load file creation
- Configure and setup eDiscovery Processing software (ex: iPro, LAW, Nuix, etc.)
- Data processing following documented specification on a case-by-case basis
- Load File Creation for Relativity and other industry review tools
- Provide peer review and Quality Control (QC) to tasks
Hosting (Relativity Support)
- Interpret and communicate with DSCs and team members to execute Relativity tasks
- Provide support for Relativity internal and external clients including: Relativity Event Handlers, Technical Support and Training, Document Productions, Media Handling, QC of Productions, Exports, Search Term, Report Generation, Creating Custom Workflow, Creating Custom Reports, knowledge of ESI Data Hosting Support Tools
- Proven ability to perform Relativity system administration and maintenance - backups, index management, capacity management, archiving and recovery
- Design, develop, and execute workflow strategies
- Handle escalated support, problem identification and resolution in Relativity
Additional Responsibilities:
- Submit weekly time according to preset deadlines
- Attend bi-weekly and quarterly company meetings
Professional Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience working with data processing, hosting, and analysis as a litigation support specialist, data production specialist, litigation paralegal, or legal assistant
- Proficient in an eDiscovery processing tool (IPRO, NUIX, LAW)
- Proficient in Relativity
- Certification in iPro or other platforms strongly preferred
- SQL or Python a plus

- Possess impeccable problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills with a solid understanding of core project management principles, particularly in providing litigation support services
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, effectively managing many details
- Ability to interact with diplomacy and tact while maintaining appropriate assertiveness and persistence
- Positive attitude with a desire and willingness to solve problems
- The ability to seek out answers in the absence of formal direction
- Flexibility regarding work schedule to meet position needs outside of regular business hours
- Individuals must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without an accommodation
Working Location & Conditions
- Remote, with the ability to travel when business needs require (estimated less than 10%)
- Home office, should be a quiet and professional space that can be used for virtual meetings (that include video as needed) and maintain client confidentiality.
