Analytics Associate at Blue Matter – Gurgaon & Pune

As an Analytics Associate with the Blue Matter Team, you will work collaboratively with senior internal team members to address critical business issues in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals and deliver value through providing innovative and actionable solutions to our clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

Research and deep dive into data sets and information sources based on the context and business requirements
• Analyze the data and extract key insights, opportunities, and threats
• Work closely with internal/external stakeholders to create solutions plan and deliver client impact
• Perform advanced analysis in Life Sciences/Pharma domain
• Design custom solutions and develop recommendations for the client by applying analytical techniques
• Build visually rich, engaging and efficient analytical tools

Required Experience and Skills

• 6 months+ of work experience in Analytics • Knowledge of MS Excel/SQL/Alteryx/R/Python
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work across global cross-office teams
• Knowledge of PowerPoint and visualization tools to represent insights preferred
• Knowledge of US Pharma market preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
• BE/BTech/BS (Statistics) from a reputable institution
• MTech/MS (Statistics) from a reputable institution is desirable
