Job Summary

• Provides medical equipment products and services following company policies, procedures, and standards to meet the needs of patients and referral sources.
• Responsible for routine sales, repair, and service of manual and power wheelchairs including related rehab equipment.
• Participates in rehab seating clinics including the Avera Seating Clinic.

Education and/or Experience

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or six to nine months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in power wheelchairs and related electronics required.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Registered Complex Rehabilitation Technology Suppliers (RRTS) with the National Registry of Rehabilitation Suppliers (NRRTS) preferred.
• Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) preferred.
• This position requires a valid driver’s license and that the employee is insurable by the Avera Health automobile liability insurance carrier.

Work Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm; 80hrs/2wks

Call Time Involvement: May get called for afterhours repair, this is 3-6 times per year.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $20.00 - $24.75 per hour
