PATIENT CARE TECH, DETOX at Sinai Chicago – Chicago, Illinois

A seasoned Patient Care Technician with background in caring for individuals dealing with mental health preferred.

This position may receive delegated duties from the charge nurse. The successful individual will be a key part in the provision of safety and high quality care for our patients. Lab draw experience is critical.

Education and/or licensure requirements:

• High School Graduate
• CPR certification within 3 months of hire; CPI certification preferred.
• Certified Nurse Assistant
• Phlebotomy Training / Certificate
• EKG training and/or Certificate preferred.
• Compliant with PPD requirements.

Experience:

• New Grads are accepted.
• 1 year hospital experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
