We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Front Desk Care Coordinator to join our Princeton office. This is a vital, client-facing role responsible for creating a welcoming environment, coordinating care, and supporting both clients and clinicians. As the first point of contact for clients—whether in person or over the phone—you will ensure that each individual receives excellent customer service and support throughout their experience with our practice. This is an in-person position and cannot be performed remotely.

• Greet and check in clients upon arrival.
• Collect copays and manage front desk transactions.
• Assist clients with scheduling, onboarding, and general inquiries
• Facilitate communication between clients and clinicians.
• Manage phone, text, and email communications using web-based systems.
• Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned by leadership.

• 0–3 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or administrative support (mental health or medical office experience a plus).
• College degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, phone, and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient with digital and web-based systems (EHR experience a plus).
• Positive, professional, and compassionate demeanor.
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 annually (based on experience)
