Fstone Technologies, a leading Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner, is hiring a Remote Warehouse Associate to support our client’s digital inventory, order processing, and fulfillment coordination. This is a fully remote, non-physical role focused on back-end warehouse operations—ideal for detail-oriented individuals with strong computer and communication skills.

• Process online and incoming orders using inventory and fulfillment software

• Track shipments and update order statuses in client systems

• Coordinate with on-site warehouse teams to manage stock levels

• Monitor inventory discrepancies and flag issues for resolution

• Generate shipping labels and assign carrier pickups

• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customer support teams

• Support inventory audits and report on order volumes and fulfillment status

• High school diploma or GED required

• Experience with inventory systems, order entry, or logistics software is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Basic Excel or Google Sheets proficiency

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
