Full-time Busser at Don GS LLC – Napa, California

Scala Osteria is one of the busiest restaurants in lively downtown Napa and has been consistently met with rave reviews. Featuring a seafood-driven Southern Italian menu from Executive Chef Eric Zuniga, well-paired local and imported wines, as well as a craft cocktail program, the restaurant is seeking to add bussers to our team. Full-time positions with a possibility for part-time are available; weekends and some holidays are a must. Pay is minimum wage ($16.50/hr) plus tips. Benefits include an employee discount at both Scala's and Bistro Don Giovanni and, for full time employees, one week annual vacation pay and a generous employer contribution towards provided health plans, long-term disability and life insurance. Ideal candidates will have relevant experience and are able to maintain a high level of service with a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced, high volume restaurant. Experience in higher end restaurants is a plus. Candidates should enjoy being around people and work well in a lively and energetic atmosphere.

• Greeting guests and offering and providing water
