Experienced HVAC Technician HR+% at Hot 2 Cold Inc – Tampa, Florida

• 5+ years of residential air conditioning technician experience.
• Must be an experienced HVAC tech who can troubleshoot and install reversing valves, boards, and be familiar with high SEER units.
• Have an understanding of humidity control and static pressure.
• NATE & NCI (if not pathway provided)
• Must communicate well with fellow employees
• Must be friendly and informative with all customers.
• Must be able to work a full 8-hour day.
• Must have all tools
• Self-management and self-discipline a must

• We are willing to pay more than the last employment if verified.
• 5-day work week, two weekends a month
• New guys usually will have two weekends on schedule
• Nigh shift availability.
