What Youll Do:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the service process

Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle issues

Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repair timelines

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery

Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process

Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships

What Were Looking For:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in automotive service or customer service preferred

Working knowledge of vehicle systems and dealership operations a plus

Valid drivers license and clean driving record
