Eminent Domain Litigation Attorney at Top Tier Reps LLC – San Diego, California

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Eminent Domain Litigation Attorney to join a top-tier legal team handling complex property rights and land acquisition cases. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile eminent domain litigation matters with a direct impact on public infrastructure and real estate development across California.

This position is available in California, and relocation assistance is offered for qualified candidates.

Salary range: $165,000 to $190,000 a year

• Represent public and private clients in eminent domain and property acquisition disputes

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation

• Work directly on property valuation analyses and collaborate with expert witnesses

• Draft clear, persuasive legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery requests

• Participate in strategic planning and case management throughout the litigation lifecycle

• 2–5 years of litigation experience

• Prior involvement in eminent domain, real estate law, or public agency land acquisition disputes

• Proficient in deposition strategy, discovery management, and motion drafting

• Excellent writing and analytical skills with a proven ability to present complex legal arguments

• Strong time management and client-facing communication skills

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Active membership in the California State Bar

• 2–5 years of relevant litigation experience

• Demonstrated experience in real estate, eminent domain, or public land acquisition

• A legal writing sample is required with your application
