This role is a key engineering position focused on building, scaling, and optimizing cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines that power global learning and assessment platforms. You will play a critical part in enabling fast, secure, and reliable software delivery across distributed engineering teams. The environment is highly collaborative and mission-driven, with a strong emphasis on automation, observability, and system resilience. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, improve cloud infrastructure, and drive DevOps best practices across the organization. This role combines hands-on engineering with strategic influence, requiring someone who thrives in solving complex infrastructure challenges. You will work closely with engineering, QA, and security teams to ensure high performance and uptime at scale.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable DevOps systems that ensure reliable software delivery and strong platform performance across cloud environments. Your work will directly impact deployment efficiency, system stability, and operational excellence.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure CI/CD pipelines across engineering teams
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or similar platforms
- Implement containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
- Drive infrastructure automation using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure full observability
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Security teams to deliver compliant and reliable systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and staging environment issues
- Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices across teams
The ideal candidate brings strong DevOps engineering experience with deep expertise in cloud platforms, automation, and production systems. You should be comfortable working independently on open-ended infrastructure challenges while collaborating across multiple technical teams.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments
- Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized systems
- Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog
- Ability to debug and resolve production-level system issues
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical teams
- Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end solutions
